Hull's Big Screen is to get a free upgrade to persuade more people to watch the attraction

- despite claims yesterday that the improvements are "just re- arranging deckchairs on the Titanic".

Council chiefs have come under fire for investing [Pounds ]675,000 installing the technology in Victoria Square and then showing repeats and things people could watch at home, such as soap operas and daytime TV.
