A healthy diet isn't just good for the body. There is increasing
evidence that it is also good for the brain, and can help prevent the
onset of dementia. Chris Bond reports.
UNTIL recently, it was believed the odds on someone being
afflicted by Alzheimer's or dementia were down to the lottery of the
ageing process.
But there is now growing evidence that simple changes in lifestyle
