Hull Trains are to deliver Yorkshire Day to London by taking some
of the culinary delights of the region down South - to remind
Londoners there is life north of Watford.
Yorkshire Day is a celebration of all things Yorkshire and this
year the train operator hopes that the visit will make Londoners more
aware of the vast heritage and beauty the area has to offer.
The company is to commemorate the day by decorating selected
trains with white bunting and serving Yorkshire specialties on board,
such as Yorkshire tea and teacake. White roses will also be given out
to passengers.
