IN THIS TOWN, charity dinners and political benefits are a common occurrence. But Saturday night the local dance community turns out for a more unconventional fund-raising tribute. The honoree is Carla Perlo, the modern dancer and administrator whose perseverance and vision are in large part the reason why Dance Place recently celebrated its 10th anniversary.
