A CHINESE restaurant in west Belfast has been fined after mouse
droppings were discovered on the premises.
Yuen Hing Tsang, proprietor of the Friendly Chinese Restaurant,
227 Falls Road, was fined [Pound]175, with [Pound]149 costs, for
seven offences under Food Safety Regulations.
The prosecution was taken by Belfast City Council following a
routine food hygiene inspection of the premises in April.
