A special Ulster Scots voicemail service has been set up for
telephone calls to Northern Ireland Government Departments.Anyone
with a query for officials who wants to speak in Ulster Scots can now
be re-directed to a special number - 028 90 258924.Messages left
there by members of the public will be translated as soon as possible
and passed to the relevant civil servants for attention.But callers
seeking an urgent response are advised to contact the particular
Department directly in English.Details of the voicemail service are
contained in a new seven-page memo issued within the Department for
Regional Development - "the Depairtment o Regional Oncum".The
