THE PSNI last night vowed to continue seizing illegal fireworks and prosecuting those who break the law in the run up to Halloween.And they have called on everyone to take heed of advice and legislation covering the use of fireworks to make the season a fun and enjoyable time for everyone.A spokeswoman for the PSNI's community safety branch said: "This can be a period when some of our community, especially the elderly and other vulnerable persons, may feel insecure.
