School takes flight for 11-plus students in west Belfast

West Belfast children preparing for this autumn's 11-plus tests
are, quite literally, reaching for the skies.A special summer school,
organised by the West Belfast Partnership in association with
Bombardier Aerospace, will not only focus on English and maths, but
also the science of flight.Brendan Muldoon, Education Officer at the
West Belfast Partnership, explains the thinking behind the revision
programme."Over 130 children will be prepared for 11-plus
examinations this autumn as part of our programme."As always, our
