Julie Douglas today revealed that despite the Northern Ireland Sports Council turning their back on her, the Irish Sports Council are still offering her financial assistance. Top sprinter Douglas has been devastated by the Northern Ireland Sports Council's decision to axe her funding -along with that of Andrew Bree and Jonny Nixon's.
