From the early morning, hundreds of foreign tourists walked the
winding track from the Giant's Causeway's less-than-impressive
visitor centre down to the world heritage site.
The Causeway's battered beaches and rugged landscape offered a
subtle hint of the stormy waters that lie ahead as politicians and
interested parties slug it out over who will build a new visitor's
centre.
Perched high above the famous rocks, the current visitor centre
struggles to cope with the hordes of visitors that travel to take in
the spectacular causeway coast scenery each day.
