Al Khayyat Investments has acquired a 10 per cent stake in
Sharjah Investment Center (SIC), the 3.5 million square meter
project that is considered one of the region's most significant
property developments. "Al Khayyat Investments enters new investment
areas after evaluating in due diligence the potential projects under
consideration. After careful evaluation, we found that Sharjah
