The National Human Resources Development and Employment Authority
(Tanmia) and Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD)
have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to boost mutual
cooperation aimed at creating more employment opportunities for UAE
nationals as well as funding Tanmia's training programmes.
The MOU was signed recently by Abdulrahman Al Awar, Director
General, Tanmia and Brigadier Saeed bin Belailah, Director of DNRD.
Both parties agreed to form a committee comprising three
representatives from each side to identify areas of mutual interest
and develop an action plan to be implemented within a stipulated time-
frame.
