Panasonic, the leading global manufacturer of consumer electronics
and home appliances, has announced the launch of its new built-in
type Induction Heating (IH) Cooktop in the Middle East, using
innovative technology to create higher levels of performance, safety
and comfort.
The IH Cooktop consists of two high-powered heating elements, each
utilizing dual coils for uniform, stable and powerful heating that is
regulated by temperature controlled sensors. The uniform heating
provided by the dual coils helps to keep the flavour and nutrients in
the food, while allowing for up to 30 per cent faster heating than
gas burners.
