Durrat Al Bahrain, the Kingdom's largest planned luxury
residential, commercial and resort development, today announced
further significant progress with the award of a new construction
contract for the second phase of villa construction at the
development.Local contractor CHAPO has been awarded a BD15.7 million
contract to construct 171 villas on two of the development's islands.
Villas are currently being constructed across four of Durrat Al
Bahrain's planned 11 islands. All of the development's luxury villas
are being constructed by Bahraini contractors at a total value of
BD120 million, with the first contract having been awarded to
Projects Construction Company in February 2006 to ...
