PRC Inc. of McLean established PRC International Proprietary
Ltd., a new subsidiary in Australia, as part of the international
expansion of its commercial systems division.
The subsidiary has established a cooperative marketing
agreement with Digital Equipment Corp. of Australia. The agreement
calls for PRC and DEC to market PRC's computer products, such as
document-imaging, defense, computer-aided dispatch, toll collection
and automated phone response systems. The PRC applications will be
marketed with DEC computer systems.
From a base in Australia, PRC plans to extend its business to
