No, I don't think they should be on school property. I think they should have safe zones around the school, like drug-free zones. If they are caught within the limits, it should mean jail.

I believe that all registered sex offenders should be barred from any property designated for the use of minors by the county. I cannot think of a legitimate reason for a registered sex offender to be on school property and I applaud the efforts of the Glendale staff in review the registry and responding appropriately.
