It doesn't take much for us to get in the mood to drink sauvignon
blanc - just mowing the lawn will do the trick.
Sauvignon blanc emotes spring more than any other wine. That's
because it has a fresh acidity and floral notes that is much like the
season with its crisp mornings and blooming daffodils. In fact, one
of the classic descriptions of a sauvignon blanc is freshy mowed
lawn.
Sauvignon blancs are excellent sipping wines, but they are also
versatile with many foods: chicken, fish, vegetables and anything
with a citrus sauce.
We are going to be writing about sauvignon blanc a lot this
