Since we're all told to get plenty of calcium in our diets, the role of milk looms as a major player in this effort.

Enter goat milk and cheese producers who have documentation in hand to prove that the milk of this little four-hooved scavenger can help us maintain healthy bodies, give us good digestion, and, more importantly, help alleviate the symptoms of cow milk sensitivities or allergies.
