Since we're all told to get plenty of calcium in our diets, the
role of milk looms as a major player in this effort.
Enter goat milk and cheese producers who have documentation in
hand to prove that the milk of this little four-hooved scavenger can
help us maintain healthy bodies, give us good digestion, and, more
importantly, help alleviate the symptoms of cow milk sensitivities or
allergies.
According to George F.W. Haenlein of the University of Delaware,
"Powerful justification for goat milk can come from medical needs of
people, especially infants afflicted with various ailments, including
cow milk protein sensitivities."
