This is the time of the year when sparkling wine takes center
stage. Although some people enjoy the beverage throughout the year,
for most people sparkling wine is still a wine associated with
special occasions. We'll be helping you choose your holiday bubbles
for the next two weeks - sparkling wine this week and champagne next
week.
By now most people understand champagne is sparkling wine that
comes only from a specific region of France. Everything else is,
well, sparkling wine. Confuse the two and you'll have an angry
