Let's get the new year started right by beginning each day with
breakfast. It's no surprise that everyone, from first-graders through
adults will have a better day if they get a jump start in the
morning.
One suggestion I have for breakfast readiness is to check the
homemade baking mix as printed in a recent county Department of
Health recipe brochure. The mix is the foundation for healthy
pancakes, muffins and quick breads.
