One could easily live in a place a lifetime and watch the rise and
fall of neighborhoods with little more than a passing awareness of
the interplay of forces between a thriving city and urban decay.
Sometimes the strongest of these forces is the determination and hard
work of husband-and-wife teams building their visions together.
On West Street in Annapolis, from Church Circle to Westgate
Circle, there are gleaming store fronts that beckon patrons with
their wares and services. Tourists may have Main Street and the City
Dock, but for locals, West Street is the place to be.
