There was once a time in our lives when a special occasion was accompanied by a bottle of Tott's sparkling wine. As long as it had bubbles, who cared about flavor?

Tott's was what we could afford. Unfortunately, since then our more refined tastes have drained our wallets. But, my, what a difference another $30 makes. If sparkling wine is appealing only once a year, it's worth spending the extra money on quality.
