Christopher Thomas will attend the Scholastic Book Clubs teacher advisory meeting in New York City later this month

REDLANDS Christopher Thomas, a fourth-grade teacher at Kingsbury Elementary School, has been selected to serve as a 2005 teacher adviser by Scholastic Book Clubs, a division of Scholastic, the global children's publishing and media company.

Members of the advisory committee, which includes 25 pre- kindergarten through sixth-grade teachers from urban, suburban and rural communities all across the country, will attend the annual Scholastic Book Clubs teacher advisory meeting in New York City Feb. 24-27.
