REDLANDS The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe is not your average pizzeria.
"Actually, it's not even a pizzeria, it's a pizza restaurant,"
says Bill Craw, one of the three co-owners of business.
The restaurant in downtown Redlands has become known for its
unique selection of pizzas. The menu includes more than 85 kinds of
pizzas, including vegetarian, seafood, Southwestern, dessert and, of
course, traditional pizzas. The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe also has a
selection of salads, pastas, sandwiches and premium beverages.
Craw, the majority owner of The Gourmet Pizza Shoppe, bought the
franchise from Popa Rosa's in 1998 and renamed it a year later. He
ran it as sole proprietorship until last year. Craw's son ...
