Elroy Hinz, 77, of 2195 Bunker Hill Road, died at 11:40 p.m.
Monday, June 10, 2002, at The Finley Hospital. He died in the same
way he lived his life - with dignity and courage.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Anthony's Catholic
Church, 1870 St. Ambrose St., Burial will be in Mount Olivet
Cemetery, Key West, Iowa, where military rites will be accorded by
the American Legion Post 6 of Dubuque. Friends may call from 2 to 8
p.m. today at Siegert-Didesch Colonial Funeral Home, 390 N. Grandview
Ave., where there will be a wake service at 7:30 p.m.
Elroy was a long time member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in
Dubuque, and served that parish throughout most of his adult
lifetime. ...
