Summertime brings with it lots of parties: Graduation, birthday
and backyard parties, and parties just to have parties.
When you're the host or hostess, you look for easy-to-eat snacks
and appetizers that can be picked up with your fingers and eaten in
one bite. This style of eating is particularly appealing to kids -
and some of us big people, too.
This recipe not only will be a hit nutritionally with its omega-3
