Article: Wisconsin ranks poorly in graduation rates for minorities; Report shows more white students graduate

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Wisconsin has the second largest high school graduation gap between white and minority students in the country, according to a study.

The report, released Wednesday by the Civil Rights Project at Harvard University and the Urban Institute, found the difference between graduation rates for white students and black students in Wisconsin was 41.3 percentage points. The gap between white and Hispanic students was 28 percentage points.
