The favored Tsu's Dawning led from start to finish, winning the
$80,475 Bradbury Stakes by two lengths at Santa Anita today.
Ridden by Chris McCarron, Tsu's Dawning went to the front
immediately and drew clear in the upper stretch. The 3-year-old
covered the 1 1/8-mile distance in 1:49 4/5.
Finishing second was Video Ranger, an 11-1 shot ridden by Eddie
Delahoussaye. Senegalaise, ridden by Gary Stevens, was third, 1 1/4
lengths back.
In a field of six, Tsu's Dawning was sent off as an odds-on
favorite of the crowd of 15,852. He paid $3.20.
