LANCASTER, Wis. - Rita Schmitz is perfecting the art of damage
control. She is trying to stem the effects of a case of mistaken
identity.
Schmitz and her husband, Greg, own and operate Homeward Bound
Inc., a Lancaster-based agency that provides home-visit services to
senior citizens in several southwest Wisconsin counties, including
Grant, Crawford and Iowa.
"We'll help with the cooking, the cleaning, the nursing, for an
