The easily predictable TH editorial board endorsements are in with their usual inconsistencies. On Oct. 28 Lou Oswald is censured for changing his position on the special rights ordinance for homosexuals. The TH states, "Oswald ... says he will vote against the amendment. This 'rethinking' or 're-evaluation' is troubling. Would there be other issues for which Oswald would suddenly reverse direction?"

Fast forward to the Oct. 30 paper. Buol is endorsed with the statement, "Buol voted in favor of the ordinance last year, a change from his previous position." For his "rethinking" and "reevaluation" Buol received the following from the schizophrenic editorial board: "The ...
