A Canadian-born North Side man who lost an election in November to
fill an empty seat on Pittsburgh City Council is running again - this
time as a U.S. citizen against incumbent Councilwoman Darlene Harris.
In a news release today, David Schuilenburg, 33, of Summer Hill,
said he intends to challenge Harris, who took office in January. The
primary is May 15.
