Peter DeComo sees problems surrounding health care at his
business. He has a way to help find solutions, too.
"There's a lot of important issues in health care that go
unrealized," said DeComo, CEO of Renal Solutions, a Cranberry medical
device company. "To be able to talk directly to someone in the
federal government about what I think is important makes me feel like
I might have a bit of influence."
DeComo and 19 others are members of a health care advisory
committee formed by U.S. Rep. Jason Altmire. The group of health care
professionals, who will give the McCandless Democrat input on issues
facing the region, met for the first time this month in Ross.
