NEW YORK - Perched on the edge of a hotel sofa holding a cup of
tea, Nicole Kidman explained that she has to try anything that
interests her. Even if it doesn't make sense to us, it does to her.
"I want to have an eclectic body of work," she said. "When I'm an
old woman I want to look back and have played an array of
interesting women and also have worked with wacky, wonderful,
extraordinary minds. That's what I seek out. And I'll travel
anywhere for that."
