Milwaukee is a burger town, no doubt about it.
We don't just eat them; we have debates about them. Google "best
burger Milwaukee," and you get about 672,000 hits. One candidate for
the title, Sobelman's, even pre-emptively registered the domain
milwaukeesbestburgers.com.
Who really deserves the title of the city's top burger? Kopp's?
Solly's? Some place on 27th Street you've never heard of? Until it's
possible to measure taste objectively, that question will always be
hotly debated.
But who has the best ostrich burger in town? That's easier to
answer.
