Stratton Creber Commercial has reported strong retail performance
in market towns across Devon.
The firm has seen high levels of interest in all available retail
properties in market towns across the county in the last couple of
months, from a number of sectors.
A letting of 13 Fore Street in Tiverton to Phones 4U has just
completed, setting a new rental level for the town.
The mobile phone chain competed against a number of other
interested parties to acquire the property, including a national
greetings card retailer and a jeweller.
Stratton Creber Commercial has also just completed the disposal
of 124 High Street, Honiton, to Devon Air Ambulance ...
