The mission for the Stone Bridge defense yesterday in the Virginia AAA Division 5 Northern Region title game: stop Edison quarterback Ben Barber. The secret weapon in doing so: former Stone Bridge quarterback Terence Glenn.

Glenn, a freshman quarterback at the University of Rhode Island, donned shoulder pads and practiced with the No. 13 Bulldogs in recent days. His spot-on impersonation of the improvisational Barber helped Stone Bridge prepare for, and eventually contain, the Eagles' star player in a 27-14 home win that pushed the Bulldogs into a state semifinal for the fourth time in six years.
