People across West Devon are being asked to give their views on the borough council's plans by completing a questionnaire either online or in the council newspaper West Devon Today. The council would like to know what services are most - and least - important to people. The answers will help shape the future of West Devon and help the council to make crucial decisions on its budget for the coming financial year.
