Four great and worthy organizations vying for the grand prize of
$55,000 - how does one vote?
Members of the Women's Fund had a formidable task upon them as
they listened to impassioned descriptions offered from the Boom
Squad Inc., Boys & Girls Club of Evansville, ECHO Community
Healthcare Inc. and Holly's House, and they made the difficult
decision as to which group the grant would fund.
The votes were counted and the coveted grant was awarded to the
Boys & Girls Club of Evansville. The other contenders received
grants of $1,000 each and, while not receiving the first-place
position, were pleased to be considered among such a worthy group of
competitors.
