The lawyer for Robert Murat, a suspect in the disappearance of
Madeleine McCann, has launched another attack on the girl's
parents.
Francisco Pagarete said Kate and Gerry McCann 'deserve to be
cursed' for leaving their children alone.
He told a reporter for a Portuguese newspaper: "What they
deserve is for somebody to curse them, to make them pay for having
left three children unprotected."
He lamented that there were people funding a couple "who
abandoned three children and who daily swan around the streets".
