Uprooting and moving to a new country, city or town in order to
take up a position and progress one's career can cause worrying
stress for all who make the move. As well as the individual
employee, family members take time to settle into their new
environment as they attempt to adjust and familiarise with the likes
of "foreign" cultures, traditions, attitudes, languages, or even
simply accents.
Whether an employee is moving from a different continent or, for
example, moving to another area within the UK, it can be an
