What is up with cream cheese? Since it is made from milk, why
does it have so little calcium, the woman asked? The word cream can
be used as a noun, as well as an adjective, and since the product is
white like milk, what is up with the low calcium content?
The holiday season is a popular time for cream cheese.
Cheesecakes to cookies are made with this item. I am not surprised
