Mounts Bay and underdogs are two phrases that don't sit
comfortably together, but the unbeaten Division Three South leaders
will carry that tag into tomorrow's EDF National Trophy clash at
Southend (2.30pm).
The Essex club ply their trade in National Division Two where
they are going well in mid table and will be a tough nut to crack at
their superb Sumpters Way headquarters.
However, Division Two is more than likely where Mounts Bay will
be playing next season and they are aware of the standard required.
They will call on their experience of recent County Cup matches
with Redruth and the Cornish All Blacks and are looking forward to a
break from the league.
