Vandals who are apparently protesting the U.S.-led war in Iraq have struck the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine recruiting center on St. Michael's Drive, according to a report from the Santa Fe Police Department.

Four "Nazi" posters were found pasted to the outside windows of the center, the report states. The posters depicted a picture of a soldier in a German-style helmet and were emblazoned with the words "SS Homeland Security." A peace sign also was spray-painted on the window of the Marine recruiting station.

Officials at the recruiting center could not be reached for comment Thursday.
