It's melon time and time to enjoy the beauty and the wonderful sweet flavor of a multitude of melons found in the supermarket, if not in your own garden. Among the leaders in consumer demand during the summer is watermelon, of course. Chilled, chunked watermelon in a bowl is almost as good as ice cream, and it's always fun to cut a big slice and just dig in.
