Joe Neal rescued the purple and yellow display from a Dumpster six years ago when he worked at Central Garden & Pet Co. Today, he is the maintenance man in downtown Bloomington at the Monroe Center, another good place to find discards for the garage.

Joe's garage is an overstimulating, controlled chaos with a mammoth collection of mainly guy stuff. It is wall to wall with items that lack dollar value but maximize the amusement for visitors.
