Article: City to deter use of shortcut on Linden St.

BLOOMINGTON -- Drivers won't be able to use Linden Street to travel between Locust and Washington streets in Bloomington, starting at 9 a.m. Friday.

The city decided to post a "do not enter" sign for southbound traffic at the intersection of Locust and Linden streets. People also will be barred from turning left onto Monroe Street from southbound Davis Avenue.
