If you havent noticed, Bloomington-Normal is slowly filling up with pit bulls. Just a few years ago I would occasionally spot one of these dogs during a drive through town. Now I see them just about everywhere I go. And Im not alone, for Ive had a number of friends tell that they were shocked and mystified at the sudden popularity of a dog once owned almost exclusively by gangsters and gang-bangers.My own experiences with pit bulls have not been good.
