If there's one thing Central Illinoisans have in common, it's that
we all eat. We love to eat out, but we also eat in.
Starting with next Wednesday's Pantagraph, we're giving you
another way to make eating a pleasure to pursue. Relish, a new
monthly food magazine dedicated to celebrating our love of food, will
debut as a special section in the Pantagraph.
Each edition of Relish will include a broad range of timely and
insightful articles about food, cooking, entertaining, wine and more.
Features will include irresistible recipes, useful cooking tips and
techniques, healthy cooking ideas and the latest in kitchen and
