BLOOMINGTON - People who want to buy or sell a house have another
choice for a real estate agency.
Exit Heart of Illinois Realty moved into its new office space at
1708 E. Empire St., Bloomington last month and already is busy
listing and selling homes, said Lee Nalewanski, owner of the local
franchise.
Parent company Exit Realty Corp. International began in 1999 and
is based in Toronto, Canada. Exit Heart of Illinois Realty is a full-
service real estate agency in a growing chain of 1,200 franchises,
Nalewanski said.
"We will definitely be handling a lot of new construction,
existing homes ... " Nalewanski said. "We'll be doing some
commercial."
