"Mom, you must be really stressed. There's no white space in your
life," my middle son declared, looking at our refrigerator door.
On our frig hangs a large magnetic dry erase board that the whole
family uses to record the things we need to do.
As the family manager, I transfer these items to the calendar or
"to-do" list depending on timelines, deadlines and whose is
responsible.
That particular week had been so busy that the white board
displayed a jumbled mess of horizontal, vertical and diagonal stuff
to do in bright rainbow colors everywhere.
It was so full it was almost unreadable.
Without even realizing it, my son spoke the truth in love to me.
